We offer you a wide range of security related training courses and specialize in safely conducting realistic and real world training. All of our courses can be individually tailored to suit any environment.  

 

We are a Las Vegas, Nevada based Licensed Security Company.  We are owned and operated by Major Anthony Jones, a former member of U.S. Special Operations and an Intelligence Operator.  We have been operating for over 7 years in Las Vegas and have trained thousands of U.S. personnel and first responders in Counter Terrorism techniques. We are open to CIVILIAN, as well as Law Enforcement and Military personnel. We offer training in the 5 primary concerns.

Training encompasses realistic scenarios requiring individuals and teams to exercise their new found skills while solving problems and making realistic “life and death” decisions in stressful training situations.  Courses can be run at your corporate locations, or at one of our training facilities.  

  

TAILORED TRAINING

  

Core Group offers a tailored training service that targets your specific training needs. Our training can be scheduled wherever and whenever it suits you, with content uniquely developed to meet your requirements.  If necessary, we can build a boot-camp training course for you and you will learn at your own pace.  This tremendously assists executives with increasing situational awareness and providing the methods by which potentially problematic situations can be avoided.  

  

Former Military Personnel: course cost and tuition has been covered by the Veterans Administrations Vocational Rehabilitation Program is several cases.  If you're a Veteran or Disabled Veteran, we have been successful in working with the V.A. on a case by case basis to get funding for the course and lodging. 

 

Student-Provided Recommended Equipment:  Notebook, pen and pencil, sunscreen, hydration system, shooting glasses, ear protection, appropriate clothing for seasonal inclement weather (hot, cold, rain or snow), weapons cleaning kit, (knit cap and brimmed) hat, knee and elbow pads, hiking or tactical boots, pants with cargo pockets, shooting gloves, tinted glasses, multi tool, range bag, and thumb drive for class photos.

OCCUPATIONAL COURSES

  

We are now offering 3 occupational courses, which have been approved for a Financial Assistant option:  If you are looking for a new career these courses may be the answer.

    

10 day PSD / Bodyguard course. The 10 day course is held 2 times a year, usually in April and October. This course is designed for those on corporate EP details, security contractors, as well as State Dept WPPS training.  We cover everything from putting your resume together to complex PSD formations, defensive tactics, pistol and rifle shooting, contact drills, tactical driving and medical skills. This course teaches advanced strategic, tactical, and situational skills, through numerous scenarios, so bodyguards can keep their clients out of dangerous situations and safely handle those that do arise.

   

Surveillance Operator Course.  This 6 day certification program (9 times a year) is designed for individuals and organizations involved in surveillance and counter surveillance, (i.e. Military, Private Investigators, Security Guards / Contractors, etc.).  Lectures and scenarios cover tactics, techniques, procedures and gear, such as GPS, eavesdropping bugs, body cams, computers, etc.

  

Krav-Haganah Business Instructor.  Become a certified CRI Krav-Haganah Instructor, then turn it into  a career as a martial arts or def. tactics instructor or even open your own affiliated business.  This 10 day certification program (6 times a year) also covers business management, marketing, website design, insurance and almost everything that you will need for a turn key business. 

    

Weapons & Ammo:  We do have a limited number of weapons, (i.e. Glock 17, AR-15 & AK-47) available to be reserved on a first come, first register basis, to prospective students. Students must provide 200 rounds of 9mm, 200 rounds of 223 and 60 rounds of 7.62.  This can also be purchased from us at our cost, or shipped to us prior.

  

Prerequisites: You will need to provide some form of criminal records - non felony conviction proof, such as a state issued C.C.W. card, weapon registration card, state background check, or DD-214, vetting you.
